The Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center under the Competition Promotion and Consumer Protection Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan organized a special training course on “Antimonopoly Compliance.”
Within the framework of the program, leading industry experts, heads of departments of the Committee, and research fellows delivered lectures on preventing anti-competitive practices, identifying cases of unfair competition, ensuring a transparent competitive environment in public procurement, and discussing current issues of antimonopoly legislation.
Participants gained in-depth knowledge on how to effectively implement a compliance system, assess its efficiency, and explore modern trends in competition policy — including digital platforms, artificial intelligence, and monopolistic practices in exchange trading.
At the end of the course, participants were awarded special certificates.
Such courses, aimed at putting competition policy into practice, updating professional knowledge, and improving qualifications, are regularly organized by the Center on a systematic basis.
