According to the approved schedule, seminars on training commodity exchange participants in new trading instruments, the antimonopoly compliance system, and competition law requirements in public procurement continue in the regions
On November 7 of this year, the Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center together with JSC Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a training course in the Syrdarya region on the topic of "New Trading Instruments for Commodity Exchange Participants and the Antimonopoly Compliance System".
During the advanced training course, commodity exchange participants (brokers, traders) were provided with information on the digital economy, new trading instruments for exchange trading, including bilateral counter auctions, derivatives, futures contracts, and clearing.
Detailed explanations were also given on issues of preventing anti-competitive actions and price manipulation in exchange trading, the regulatory framework for exchange trading, and internal control rules for exchange members.
Upon completion of the training course, exchange participants (brokers, traders) were awarded special certificates.
