Started his professional career in 1997 as an inspector at the State Tax Department of Surkhandarya Region. Held leadership positions in the local government (hokimiyat), industrial and manufacturing enterprises, the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Demonopolization, Support for Competition and Entrepreneurship, The Federation of Societies on Consumer Rights Protection of Uzbekistan, and the Uzbekipaksanoat Association.

Since 2024, serves as Director of Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center under the Competition Promotion and Сonsumer protection Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In 2000, he graduated from the Tashkent Automobile and Road Institute, and in 2002, he earned a master's degree from the same institute.

He began his professional career in 2001 as a safety engineer at the “Toshvilyulovchitrans” Concern. Since then, he has held various specialist and managerial positions at the “Toshviltrans” Territorial Association for Freight and Passenger Transportation by Road, the “Toshviltransterminal” Association, the Representative Office of the Russian company “GMS Group” in the Republic of Uzbekistan, “Chirchik Imkon Plus” LLC, as well as at the State Unitary Enterprise “Uzavtovokzal Service.”

Since 2025, he has been serving as Deputy Director of the Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center under the Competition Promotion and Consumer Protection Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
