A training seminar on "New trading instruments for commodity exchange participants and the antimonopoly compliance system" was held in the Republic of Karakalpakstan
The Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center together with JSC "Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of the Republic of Uzbekistan" organized a training seminar for employees on new trading instruments for commodity exchange participants and the antimonopoly compliance system on October 14-15 this year.
During this training course, commodity exchange participants (brokers, traders) received information about the digital economy, new trading instruments for exchange trading, including bilateral counter auctions, derivatives, futures contracts, clearing.
Detailed explanations were also given about the trading platforms of the Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of the Republic of Uzbekistan, exchange commissions, measures limiting competition in exchange trading and preventing price manipulation, the regulatory framework for exchange trading, and internal control rules for exchange members.
Upon completion of the training course, participants were awarded special certificates.
