Another program of training courses for employees responsible for antimonopoly compliance activities was held

On October 2-4 of this year, the Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center conducted training courses on the topic of "Bringing the activities of government agencies and business entities in line with the requirements of competition legislation" aimed at improving the skills of employees of organizations and further improving their knowledge and potential in this area.

These courses were attended by antimonopoly compliance specialists from large enterprises of the Republic: Universal Mobile Systems LLC, AsakaBank JSC, Namangan International Airport State Unitary Enterprise, Uzbek Accreditation Center State Institution, UzGasTrade JSC, Uzbekistan GTL LLC, Supply and Logistics Service State Unitary Enterprise, Uzkimyosanoat JSC, Toshelektroapparat LLC, Uzbekgeorazvedka JSC, and Stock Market Information and Resource Center State Enterprise.

As part of the training courses, participants will receive information on the following topics:

The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Competition" and its purpose;
basic requirements of dominance, monopoly and natural monopoly;
basic requirements for compliance with antitrust legislation;
Types and signs of unfair competition;
cartel agreements and their types;
Dominance in the digital platform market and antitrust requirements for them;
Procedures and requirements for the sale of highly liquid and monopoly products on stock exchanges.

Upon completion of the training seminar, participants were awarded special certificates of completion of the course.
