On October 15-17 of this year, the Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center held another training course on the topic "Harmonization of the activities of government agencies and business entities with the requirements of competition legislation", aimed at improving the skills of employees of organizations and further improving their knowledge and potential in this area.

 Committee for the Development of Veterinary Medicine and Livestock Breeding;
 Tourism Committee;
 State Committee for Reserve Management;
 Cadastral Agency;
 Agency for the Development of Local Employment and Entrepreneurship.

During the training, detailed explanations were given about the Law "On Competition" and its purpose, the importance of competition for the economy, the consideration of cases related to unfair competition and the application of established financial liability, the main requirements for a dominant position, monopoly and natural monopoly, the criteria for their recognition, as well as the prevention of actions that restrict competition and price manipulation on stock exchanges, the regulatory framework for the activities of stock exchanges.

In parallel, upon completion of the training course, surveys were conducted among the participants to identify problems that hinder the development of the antimonopoly compliance sector, as well as a joint discussion of their opinions and proposals on these issues. Following the training seminar, its participants were awarded special certificates by the Deputy Chairman of the Competition Committee Farrukh Karabayev.
