A two-day training course on antimonopoly compliance was organized for the employees of the Committee for Roads and JSC “Uzbekistan Airways”.
The Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center under the Competition Committee organized a two-day training course on antimonopoly compliance for employees of the Committee for Automobile Roads and Uzbekistan Airways JSC.
Within the framework of the course, participants were provided with detailed explanations on the essence and importance of competition law, its role in the economy, the concepts of dominant position, monopoly and natural monopoly, as well as the implementation of an antimonopoly compliance system and methods for evaluating its effectiveness.
The sessions were conducted by highly qualified specialists with extensive practical experience in the field.
Upon completion of the course, participants were awarded official certificates.
This training course is aimed at the effective implementation of antimonopoly compliance systems in government bodies and large business entities, ensuring a competitive environment, and fostering a culture of compliance with legislation.
