-Cartel agreements and types of anti-competitive arrangements;

-Public procurement, tender processes, and violations in this area;

-Criteria for assessing the dominant position of digital platforms in the market;

-Procedures of exchange trading, manipulation, and legal liability.

The sessions were conducted by highly qualified specialists, providing participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical training in an integrated format.

This event marked an important step toward strengthening antimonopoly legislation and enhancing the legal knowledge and skills of professionals working in this field.
