“National Interbank Processing Center” JSC will be privatized by “Paynet” JSC. The amount of the transaction, according to the results of the bidding, amounted to $65 million, and the consultant for privatization was the international company “Deloitte”.

At the same time JSC “Paynet” undertook obligations to implement measures aimed at maintaining and ensuring stable and uninterrupted operation of the payment system “Humo”, as well as the protection of confidential information of system users. The results of privatization were approved by the decision of the State Commission for Privatization and Coordination of Privatization of State Assets.
