The Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center under the Competiotion Committee conducted a professional development course for employees of JSC JV UZBAT A. O., covering topics related to competition policy, consumer rights, and advertising legislation.

The training course covered the following topics:

• The Law “On Competition” and its objectives

• Violations of antimonopoly legislation and their legal consequences

• Identification and assessment of unfair competition cases

• Legal foundations for consumer rights protection

• The Law “On Advertising” and its practical requirements

The goal of the course was to enhance awareness of the norms established in the laws “On Competition,” “On Advertising,” and “On Protection of Consumer Rights,” as well as other regulatory legal acts.

Upon completion of the course, participants were awarded certificates.
