According to the relevant order of the Competition Committee, Uzum Tezkor LLC is recognized as a digital platform operator occupying a dominant position in the market of aggregator services for ordering and delivering prepared food and other consumer goods. Reason: Uzum Tezkor LLC sent a notification to the Committee about achieving indicators of a dominant position in the market. The Committee also reports that in relation to the digital platform operator occupying a dominant position, an antimonopoly compliance system will be mandatory implemented in order to prevent abuse of a dominant position in accordance with competition law, and appropriate monitoring will also be carried out.
