On 18–20 March this year, a seminar on “Tourism, Transport and Competition” was held in Bilbao (Spain), organized by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the OECD-GVH Regional Centre for Competition in Budapest (RCC) in cooperation with the University of Deusto in Bilbao. The event was attended by representatives of the Competition Promotion and Сonsumer protection Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Research Center under the Committee.

The main objective of this seminar was to familiarize themselves with the activities of the Regional Competition Center, as well as the Spanish Competition Authority, and to exchange experiences.

The events and meetings discussed the most pressing issues of competition law and economics, including legal protection of competition, as well as economic and procedural issues.
