On October 18 of this year, a meeting was held between the Center for Research on Competition Policy and Consumer Rights under the Competition Committee and the Representative Office of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Uzbekistan
The meeting was attended by Deputy Director of the Center G. Kholjigitov, as well as a consultant on project development within the framework of JICA programs Abe Naomi and leading project coordinator Sharipov Sharifzoda.
The main goal of this meeting was to further strengthen relations between the Center and JICA and identify new areas of cooperation.
At the end of the conversation, the parties agreed to implement projects aimed at knowledge sharing, strengthening the institutional capacity of employees, as well as cooperation with Japanese and local experts.
