On January 28-31 of this year, Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center organized another training course on the topic of "Law Enforcement Practice".

The training courses were attended by employees of the regional bodies of the Committee.

As part of the training program:

Detailed explanations were given by specialists in the analysis of commodity, financial and digital markets, methods for identifying barriers to market entry, and antitrust regulation mechanisms.
Practical classes were held on cartel agreements, unfair competition and methods for identifying them.
Violations of competition law during tenders and public procurement were discussed.
Trainings were held on consumer protection and mechanisms for controlling prices regulated by the state.

Upon completion of the course, Deputy Chairman of the Committee F. Karabayev presented special certificates to the participants.

These courses are aimed at improving the qualifications and skills of civil servants in order to improve the competitive environment in our country and prevent offenses.
