National and international experience in superior bargaining power
On February 7 of this year, the Research Center, together with the Tashkent State University of Law, held another training seminar on the topic “Problems associated with determining superior bargaining power and its abuse based on national and international experience.”
More than 50 employees took part in the training seminar.
This educational seminar emphasized the importance of the role of theoretical knowledge in understanding the meaning and practical application of the concept of "superior bargaining power" in our national legislation, and provided a detailed understanding of the basic requirements for superior bargaining power.
At the end of the training seminar, detailed answers were given to questions asked by employees regarding some of the problems that arise in practice.
