Special training courses were organized to ensure the implementation of the President’s decree.

The Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center under the Competition Committee organized special training courses for employees of non-governmental non-profit organizations to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 6, 2025, No. RP-296 “On measures to organize effective protection of consumer rights,” on handling consumer complaints, conducting “Mystery Shopper” and control purchase events, and working in the electronic system “Consumer Complaint.”

During the three-day course, participants covered:

  •    - procedures for receiving and reviewing consumer complaints;
  •    - methodology for conducting “Mystery Shopper” events and control purchases;
  •    - practical exercises in working with the electronic system “Consumer Complaint”;
  •    - practice of protecting consumer rights in trade and service sectors;
  •    - they acquired theoretical and practical knowledge on information confidentiality and the rules for working with personal data.

The training was conducted by specialists with high qualifications and practical experience. Upon completion of the course, participants were awarded special certificates according to the established procedure.

These training courses serve to strengthen the role of non-governmental non-profit organizations in the consumer rights protection system and to effectively implement public oversight mechanisms.
