According to the approved schedule, training seminars for commodity exchange participants on new trading instruments and the antimonopoly compliance system continue in the regions
On October 22-23 of this year, the Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center together with JSC Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a training course in the Fergana region on the topic of "New trading instruments for commodity exchange participants and the antimonopoly compliance system".
During the advanced training course, commodity exchange participants (brokers, traders) were provided with information on the digital economy, new trading instruments for exchange trading, including bilateral counter auctions, derivatives, futures contracts, and clearing.
At the same time, exchange participants, government customers, and representatives of enterprises selling highly liquid and monopolistic products were given detailed explanations of actions that limit competition and prevent price manipulation, the regulatory framework for exchange trading, and internal control rules for exchange members.
Upon completion of the training course, exchange participants (brokers, traders) were awarded special certificates.
