On March 25, 2025, a meeting was held between the Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center under the Competition Committee and the BRICS Competition Law and Policy Centre.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of increasing scientific potential, organizing mutual meetings, conferences and seminars, as well as exchanging information on best practices and international practices in the field of competition and consumer protection.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Olimjon Jumayev, Director of the Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center under the Competition Development and Consumer Protection Committee, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the BRICS International Centre for Competition Law and Policy, with the aim of further strengthening and expanding mutual collaboration.
