Main objective of the course:
To enhance the knowledge and skills of the Committee's specialists and its regional bodies in ensuring competition during the public procurement process, as well as to strengthen their practical capacity to identify and prevent violations in this area.

The following topics were covered in the course:
⏺️ Analysis of the competitive environment in the public procurement system
⏺️ Key requirements of the "Public Procurement Law"
⏺️ Common violations in tendering processes
⏺️ The register of sole suppliers and conditions for direct contract awards
⏺️ Study of procurement in accordance with the "Competition Law"
⏺️ Analysis of tenders conducted through specialized information systems
⏺️ Tests and practical exercises

The classes were conducted by qualified specialists, and a balanced combination of theoretical knowledge and practical exercises was provided for the participants.

Specialists will gain both theoretical and practical knowledge on ensuring competition in public procurement, identifying violations, and applying legal measures.

Upon completion of the course, participants were awarded certificates.
