Achievements of the Center’s Employees in Professional Development
The professional development of the employees of the Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center and their acquisition of modern knowledge has been identified as a priority task.
To this end, the Head of the Department for Developing Training Programs of the Center, Barbu Gloria Fucovna, is studying in the internationally recognized "Mini-MBA Intensive" program organized by City Business School.
Within the framework of this program, she has deepened her knowledge in modern management, financial management, digital solutions, and strategic analysis. To date, she has successfully completed 9 modules and obtained internationally recognized certificates for each completed module.
The participation of our employees in such educational programs not only contributes to their personal professional growth but also serves to enhance the effectiveness of the Center’s activities and to introduce competitive practices into the national economy.
The Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center will continue to consistently create opportunities for professional development of all employees in line with international standards and to implement advanced practices.
