On October 10–11, 2025, an international conference titled “Platform Economy: Competition Law and Market Power of Digital Platforms” commenced in Tashkent, organized by the Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center under the Competition Committee in cooperation with the BRICS Competition Policy Center.
The international conference is attended to bring together representatives of antimonopoly authorities, digital market regulators, and research institutions from the United Kingdom, Italy, Switzerland, Turkiye, Russia, China, Brazil, Georgia, Egypt, India, Belorus and Kazakhstan, as well as leading experts from international organizations and representatives of digital platforms.
