The Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center, in collaboration with the faculty of the “Regional Economics” department at Tashkent State University of Economics, organized a scientific and educational seminar.
During the seminar, in-depth scientific discussions were held on both theoretical and practical aspects of shaping a competitive environment, as well as on regional and sectoral analytical indices developed by the Center. Particular attention was paid to the Regional Competitiveness Index, market saturation levels, and the methodological foundations and practical application of competition development indices.
The latest changes in competition legislation, their practical significance, and new approaches to assessing dominant positions and ensuring consumer rights were thoroughly discussed.
The seminar was conducted in the format of a lively scientific dialogue, with participants receiving well-founded scientific responses to questions and suggestions raised by the faculty.
