MAY 9 — DAY OF MEMORY AND HONOR
One of the most sacred feelings in the human heart is memory. Memory encourages people to understand their identity, learn lessons from the past, and appreciate today’s peaceful and tranquil life.
The Day of Memory and Honor is a day to remember the courage of our ancestors who sacrificed their lives for the freedom of the Motherland, the peace of the people, and the happiness of future generations. It is also a day to express respect and gratitude to our elders, veterans, and individuals who have become role models through their dedicated work.
Today’s prosperous life, peaceful skies, and calm days are founded upon courage, resilience, patience, and devotion. Therefore, honoring the memory of those who passed away and valuing those who are with us today is not only a tradition, but also a sacred human duty for all of us.
Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center under the Competition Promotion and Consumer Protection Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan sincerely congratulates our people on the occasion of May 9 — the Day of Memory and Honor!
May our country always remain peaceful, our skies clear, and our people united and prosperous!
