Another training course on antimonopoly compliance was organized
The Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center under the Competition Committee organized a training course on antimonopoly compliance for employees of organizations where the antimonopoly compliance system has been implemented.
During the training course, participants received detailed explanations on the essence of competition legislation, its importance for the economy, the concepts of dominance, monopoly and natural monopoly, cases of unfair competition, cartel agreements, requirements in public procurement and exchange trading, as well as the implementation of the antimonopoly compliance system and assessment of its effectiveness.
At the end of the training course, participants were awarded special certificates in accordance with the established procedure.
This training course is aimed at effectively implementing the antimonopoly compliance system in state bodies and business entities, ensuring a competitive environment, and fostering a culture of compliance with legislation.
