There remains a need to develop evidence-based state policy in the field of consumer protection, identify problems not reflected in complaints, and use new approaches to assess damage caused to consumers.
Accordingly, the project “National System for Identification and Assessment of Damage to Consumers” has been developed and it is planned to gradually implement it in practice.
