As part of the Tashkent International Investment Forum, the Competition Promotion and Consumer Protection Committee presents a collection of analytical materials prepared on commodity markets in Uzbekistan with entrepreneurial and investment potential.

According to the results of analyses conducted by the Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center in 2025 and in the first months of 2026:

- in 2025 and January–April 2026, it was identified that the share of local products was below the established threshold in 94 commodity markets;
- in January–February 2026, additional analyses were conducted on 20 types of products where the competitive environment was not sufficiently developed and the domestic market remained unsaturated;
- based on applications from free economic zones, 105 commodity markets were studied, and conclusions were provided on the low level of market saturation in 55 commodity markets.

Along with assessing the level of saturation of commodity markets, the Center is also developing analytical tools such as price dynamics, short-term forecasts, the business activity index and the regional competitiveness index.

This enables entrepreneurs and investors to identify high-demand areas in the domestic market, launch the production of import-substituting products, assess the investment potential of regions and make market entry decisions based on reliable data.

The results of the analyses are regularly published on the official websites and social media pages of the Committee and the Research Center.
