O. Jumayev, Director of the Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center under the Competition Committee, held a meeting with Maxime Boyer, Deputy Mayor of Toulouse and Vice-President of Toulouse Métropole
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for strengthening cooperation in the fields of competition policy, econometric modeling, artificial intelligence technologies, economic research, and human capital development.
It is worth noting that this meeting was a logical continuation of the dialogue initiated during the Director’s previous visit to Toulouse. The parties also explored opportunities for cooperation with the Toulouse School of Economics.
As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached to conduct joint research projects in the field of competition policy in collaboration with experts from the Toulouse School of Economics.

The institution is ranked among the Top 3 universities in France and holds 10th place among the world's most productive research centers in economic sciences.
