Focus on Enhancing Employees’ Professional Skills
The Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center under the Competition Committee organized a two-day professional development training course for employees of the Committee and its territorial divisions on the use of the “FAIR TECH” Unified Information System and its integrated modules.
During the training, participants received both theoretical and practical knowledge on the use of the “FAIR PRICE”, “Product Info”, “FARM INFO”, “Consumer Appeal”, “Tender Trading”, “KPI”, “Concentration”, “Marketplace”, and “Exchange Monitoring” modules, as well as the services available through the Committee’s interactive portal (my.fairtech.uz).
At the conclusion of the course, an open dialogue was held with employees in the presence of the Chairman of the Competition Committee. Participants discussed challenges encountered while using the information system, explored possible solutions, and exchanged views on further improving the system.
Certificates were awarded to participants upon successful completion of the training course.
This training course contributes to the effective use of digital technologies within the Committee’s system, enhances the quality of services provided, and further strengthens the professional competencies of employees.
