A working group comprising employees of the Center conducted household-level studies in Syrdarya, Akaltyn, Mirzaabad, and Sardoba districts, examining on-site issues related to ensuring employment and increasing sources of household income.

During the study, the existing opportunities of low-income families, their employment needs, opportunities to establish entrepreneurial activities, and their need for financial support were analyzed.

Proposals were also developed to create the necessary conditions for families interested in poultry farming in the district, including considering the provision of incubators and poultry houses on a loan basis.

Based on the results of the field studies, relevant proposals were developed regarding the problems identified and potential solutions. Measures were outlined to strengthen efforts aimed at ensuring that the population has stable employment and sustainable sources of income.
