Today, O. Jumaev, Director of the Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center, participated in the opening ceremony of the international forum titled “Global Forum 2026: Urban Planning, Architecture, Construction and Engineering — On the Path to a Green Economy,” organized at the initiative of Tashkent University of Architecture and Civil Engineering.

The forum focused on the sustainable development of the construction sector, the adoption of green technologies, the efficient use of resources, and enhancing the competitiveness of the industry.

Combining research capacity with market analysis plays an important role in developing effective solutions in these areas. In this regard, the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Center and the University creates important opportunities to study the competitive environment in the construction materials market, identify existing challenges, and develop evidence-based proposals.
