A training seminar on effective project management was organized for hokim assistants in Khatyrchi District, Navoi Region, in cooperation with the Competition Committee and German Sparkassenstiftung.

More than 70 hokim assistants and headquarters members participated in the event, discussing how to focus projects on practical outcomes, plan them effectively, and make efficient use of financing opportunities.

During the seminar, particular attention was given to the mechanisms for implementing the tasks outlined in Presidential Decree No. PF–193. Participants gained practical knowledge and skills in defining clear project objectives, developing step-by-step roadmaps, assigning responsible persons and setting implementation deadlines, as well as selecting appropriate available sources of financing.

This initiative aims to strengthen hokim assistants’ capacity to work using a project-based approach, transform existing opportunities in mahallas into concrete projects, and improve their practical effectiveness.
