According to the results of an analysis conducted by the Center, average import prices for beef showed an upward trend over the 2020–2026 period.

The average import price of chilled beef increased from USD 3,341 in 2020 to USD 4,574 during January–September 2026.
The average import price of frozen beef also rose from USD 3,203 to USD 4,493.

The increase in import prices for both types of beef highlights the need for continuous monitoring of external market conditions, assessment of import costs, and improvement of measures aimed at ensuring price stability in the domestic market.
