Olimjon Jumayev, Director of the Competition policy and consumer rights research center under the Committee of Competition, signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Center for progressive reforms Within the framework of this memorandum, the parties will cooperate in the following priority areas:Conducting joint research and analysis on anti-monopoly regulation and competition assessment, and developing proposals for improving legislation and practical mechanisms based on the findings;Carrying out studies aimed at fostering institutional and technological innovations in public administration;Identifying barriers to market entry and developing measures to promote competition;Strengthening scientific and practical cooperation through analytical reports, publications, and data exchange;Exchanging international experience in competition policy and organizing forums, seminars, and conferences;Conducting information campaigns to raise public awareness and promote a culture of competition;Implementing joint projects within the framework of national and international grants. Every positive change in economic policy is based on in-depth analysis and effective collaboration. The parties plan to reinforce this agreement through practical actions. In addition, the parties agreed to enhance cooperation with international organizations, organize conferences, forums, and seminars, and implement joint projects.
During this course, participants received theoretical and practical knowledge on the following key topics: ⏺ Basic principles of the Law "On Competition";⏺ Dominant position, monopolies and natural monopolies;⏺ Unfair competition and cartel agreements;⏺ Violations of antitrust legislation in the process of public procurement and tenders;⏺ Evaluation of the dominant position of digital platforms in the market;⏺ Manipulation in exchange trading and legal liability. The lectures were given by specialists with extensive practical experience - responsible employees of the Committee and representatives of legal circles.The educational process became even more effective thanks to practical examples, open dialogue with experts and test assignments. This course contributes to the improvement of the competitive environment, ensuring transparency and legality in the relationship between government agencies and business entities. Upon completion of the course, the participants were awarded certificates.

The sessions were conducted by highly qualified specialists, providing participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical training in an integrated format. This event marked an important step toward strengthening antimonopoly legislation and enhancing the legal knowledge and skills of professionals working in this field. Upon completion of the course, participants were awarded certificates.
