Foreign Experience in Shaping Consumer Behavior on Digital Platforms and Its Application in the Development of Uzbekistan’s E-Commerce
Dilorom Yusupova, Head of the Department for Coordination of Scientific Research at the Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center under the Competition Committee, published a scientific article entitled “Foreign Experience in Shaping Consumer Behavior on Digital Platforms and Its Application in the Development of Uzbekistan’s E-Commerce” in the journal "Science and Practice" (2025, August, No. 8).
The article analyzes consumer behavior formation processes through digital technologies and personalized marketing strategies, based on the experiences of platforms such as Amazon, AliExpress, and Shopify. It also examines the possibilities of applying these practices in Uzbekistan’s e-commerce, as well as addressing issues related to payment systems, digital literacy, and consumer trust.
