The role of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in competitive intelligence
Sardor Tursunkhojaev, PhD in Philosophy and Scientific Secretary of the Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center under the Competition Committee, co-authored a scientific article titled “The Role of Digital Technologies and Artificial Intelligence in Competitive Intelligence”, published in the journal "Green Economy and Development". The article scientifically explores the use of digital technologies and artificial intelligence in competitive intelligence.
The study discusses the importance of enhancing enterprise competitiveness in the process of digital transformation, the significance of using accurate and timely data in decision-making, as well as ways to ensure economic efficiency through the integration of modern technologies.
Special attention is given to the following aspects:
The role of artificial intelligence, IoT, blockchain, generative AI, and digital twins in shaping a competitive environment;
The economic advantages of implementing digital solutions in small and medium-sized enterprises;
The importance of innovative technologies in achieving sustainable development and environmental efficiency.
As a result of the research, the authors developed a conceptual model for the effective organization of competitive intelligence, which includes:
Data collection and processing infrastructure (based on IoT and blockchain),
An AI-powered analytical module,
A comprehensive approach including solutions for sustainability.
The article emphasizes that the introduction of modern digital technologies is of crucial importance for enhancing enterprise competitiveness and fostering a healthy competitive environment in the economy.
