The Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center under the Competition Committee organized a practical training seminar in Namangan for employees of business entities engaged in the wholesale and retail trade of medicines and medical devices. This event was held as part of the ongoing series of training courses implemented by the Center in the regions. During the training, participants received practical knowledge and skills in the following areas:- provisions of the Law “On Competition”,- requirements for consumer rights protection,- violations recorded in the “FAIR TECH” information system,- licensing requirements and their proper application,- reference pricing system,- restrictions under the Law “On Advertising”. The training course was conducted by leading experts from the Committee and the Center, as well as experienced specialists from the sector. In order to effectively implement competition policy at the local level and enhance the legal knowledge and professional skills of industry representatives, such training courses are systematically held across all regions of the Republic. The Center for Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research under the Committee for the Development of Competition and Protection of Consumer Rights organized the next training course on competition legislation for employees of the "Tashkent Metro" State Unitary Enterprise. The course sessions were conducted by leading experts of the Committee and the Center, as well as professors from Tashkent State University of Law. These training courses, organized by the Center, aim to enhance the legal knowledge of industry specialists and promote a systematic approach to implementing competition policy in practice. Upon completion of the course, participants will be awarded special certificates.
