During the seminar, in-depth scientific discussions were held on both theoretical and practical aspects of shaping a competitive environment, as well as on regional and sectoral analytical indices developed by the Center. Particular attention was paid to the Regional Competitiveness Index, market saturation levels, and the methodological foundations and practical application of competition development indices. The latest changes in competition legislation, their practical significance, and new approaches to assessing dominant positions and ensuring consumer rights were thoroughly discussed. Staff of the Competition Policy and Consumer Rights Research Center under the Competition Committee actively participated in the seminar, gaining close familiarity with advanced international approaches to AI regulation, competition policy, and innovation support. Leading experts from Germany, France, and other foreign countries, as well as representatives of ministries and agencies responsible for ensuring fair competition, supporting innovation implementation, and establishing an effective AI regulatory framework, took part in the seminar.
